Nerul: Nationalist Congress Party Member of Parliament Supriya Sule called upon NCP workers in Navi Mumbai to refrain from pin-pointing faults of others to make oneself look good and instead scale up their own good deeds for the growth of the party.<br> She was addressing the gathering at the Terna school, here, at the ‘Jobs Fair’ organized by the party, today.
Navi Mumbai district president Ashok Gawade and other party leaders kept reprimanding Ganesh Naik and his followers for betraying Sharadchandra Pawar, the NCP chief, who gave every political power to the Naik family in the city for the last 15 years.
Supriya Sule stated that people avail positions and benefits and come and go, which is not of much concern, what is worrisome is, are they going to deliver for the people and the ideology they are joining hands with.
She pointed out the grave employment situation, the increase in rapes, the general failure of the government to address people’s woes, the agrarian crisis and other prevailing economic gloom and distress.
She commended Parth Pawar’s efforts to organize the job fairs across the State and expressing gratitude to the NCP supporters in the city, urged them to fight with greater vigour for the forthcoming Assembly election. She added that there was great joy in struggles.
