Panvel: Marathon Group, one of the prominent real estate companies in Mumbai, has launched phase II of its flagship township project, Marathon Nexzone in Panvel. After the success of Phase 1 of the project where more than 2,200 apartments have been sold and more than 1,000 homes have already been delivered, Phase II of Marathon Nexzone will bring the much- in-demand 1BHK configuration to the project.

Marathon Nexzone is located just 6 kms. from the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport and right on the NH4 Highway.
