Hence, challenges to the human life are enormous and they cannot be solved by governments alone unless people understand the genesis of such crisis and find out the best methodology towards conflict management and resolution, aimed at, to create better environment to live. Moreover, every individual must have adequate sense of security in their mind and justice and equality must prevail that ensures the basic necessities of life.

Thus, it involves the elimination of violence, oppression, greed and environmental destruction by the constructive mediation of conflicts. Envision education through a holistic outlook of knowledge-building to establish peace and harmony in the society; has to be accompanied by values. Education without values is just information. But, when education comes with values, it is transformed into knowledge, and this is what separates human beings from machines.”  There exists a great need for such education system where we expect families, schools and communities to be safe and everyone lives in violence-free environment and thereby there is sense of security in the mind of people.

Hence, there is a great need to carry out independent research at all levels, towards the creation of a sustainable environment that can support peace and stability in India and other parts of the world. Such research will enhance mental and intellectual capability of every individual towards promotion and support the role of people in conflict management; resolution and peace building activities that contribute to living together in dignity and ensure basic human rights by understanding the causes of conflict and thereby find the answer to the question – how violence can be prevented and peace can be maintained and established in our society, which is indispensable towards development of the nation.
